All cancelations must be in writing within 48 hours of your purchase via e-mail: support@toveem.com or our contact page. Your cancelation is not valid until you receive confirmation in writing. We have a 7-day guarantee against Manufacturer Defects. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. For a Return Authorization Number, please email support@toveem.com 

All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Toveem. The warehouse will refuse any returns without this authorization. Prior to returning the item, our return form must be filled out and emailed back to support@toveem.com. Add a picture of the packaged product you want to return. Please attach the Return Form to each box being returned. Original receipt is needed for any returns. The return address will be provided upon advice of the refund/return request. 

Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. 

SALE items are considered a FINAL sale and can not be returned for refund. Commercial purchases are not covered by the right to return.Other than in accordance 7-Day return policy, Toveem.com does not  provide any refunds. Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days.Merchandise returned due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package in good condition, returned within 7 days of receipt and returned at your expense. In the case of a defective product, we will either ship a replacement or provide you with full credit. Any free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your refund. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned items, but we will deduct our actual shipping costs. The 7-day money back guarantee period will begin from the date that the customer receives its product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. Item must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled and complete with any accessories.7
